Cancellation Policy
It is courteous to cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice, but life happens, please contact Dragonfly Studio ASAP by text, email or phone if there is an event that requires you to cancel. There will not be any fees charged if notification is given before scheduled appointment.
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file for no cancel/ no shows appointments. If there is not an active card on file, then accrued fees will be collected at next scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, this qualifies as a no cancel/ no show and you may need to reschedule. Depending on scheduled services, an accommodation to preform some but not all services may be granted. In this case if any services are not performed because time will not allow it, those items will be charged at 50% no show fee. All charges/ fees are based off of your scheduled appointment total.
